"I had the pleasure of having my friends and the owners of Momoyama Beloil prepare us a fantastic home-cooked meal when I visited them in Montreal in 2024. The food they prepared for me was made with great care and was easily the most delicious meal I ate the entire summer. The ingredients were chosen and prepared with such attention to detail and flavour, it was not soon forgotten. It reminded me of the traditional dishes I would eat in China when I moved there to teach for a few years. Thank you for a wonderful experience and for being so generous! =D"
